two years!!!!!
heyyyyroah!!
so, this past wednesday (the 23rd) was tory and i's two years!!! we decided to take the whole day off and spend the day in the city (san fran). it was awesome!! it was so nice to spend a whole day together without work and just be together :) we went to the haight/asbury (ashbury?) area. tory has seen some soccer pubs there that he wanted to check out, so we made our way in that direction!! the first pub we went to was full of chelsea fans, so we were streaming the tottenham game on tory's laptop. at halftime a guy came in and said they were streaming the tottenham game on tv at a pub a block down, so we decided to go there and check that out! there were about 8 or so other tottenham fans, which made this pub tory's favorite in the whole wide world. i think he was going to cry.. haha, just kidding! they had a framed and signed tottenham jersey hanging on the wall as well!! what made this day and game extra special was that two years ago to our anniversary was the first tottenham game we watched together, and they won that game!! same thing happened this year, thank goodness!! it was a very exciting game!! tottenham won 4-0!!! the fans were going crazy!!! tory and i were jumping up and screaming!! at the end of the game the pub even put on the tottenham "going to wembly"? song.. tory knew all the words, of course. it was awesome. some of the fans even said that there was going to be a soccer game against arsenal supporters (tottenham's biggest rivals) sometime this weekend and that we should come! i told tory that i'd be up to go!! i'll have to take pictures!! i think that would be a very fun game to watch!!
after we watched the soccer game we went and got mexican food. it was realllllllly good. it was a neat place!! i got a burrito and tory got enchiladas and a taco!! we ate waaaaay too much, so after that we just walked around in and out of shops.. and before you knew it, it was 4pm! soooo time for UNC vs. FSU game. we went to a different pub, this one for liverpool fans, watched most of the game until i just couldn't watch it anymore. it is so hard to see UNC lose and just lose bad.. they're not playing together, the turnovers are ridiculous.. it's just upsetting because they were doing better at the begg of the season, when it should be the other way around!! ohhh welll.. next year... next year.. after we left there we headed towards the BART. we weren't very hungry but wanted to grab dinner in the city, so we stopped by the burger place that supposedly Oprah highly recommended. it wasn't that great.. the burger was fine and the fries were okay. but the chocolate shake tasted like something that i could've made at home. it was deff not worth the price and deff not half as good as in-n-out! Oprah would die if she had in-n-out!!! haha :) afterwards, we walked to the BART and headed home. we were tired!!! all in all we had a pretty amazing day and i hope we can make this day happen at least once a month, maybe not take a weekday off, but maybe we could just do it on a saturday. i love spending time with tory and would like to spend more time with him!!
last night tory worked until about 10pm, so he was awake for about 20 minutes before he fell asleep on the couch!! silly boy. i made pizza.. we found the greatest combo ever!! it's: chicken, bacon, onions, green peppers, and tomatos, with three diff types of cheeses and marinara sauce. mmmmmm it's sooo good!!!
last weekend i helped tory on a shoot all weekend. that was fun! it's always nice to be able to help out!! i don't know what we're doing so far this weekend, he'll prob be pretty busy working since he took wed off. no matter what we do, i'm sure it will be a nice weekend :)
my car is somewhere on it's way out here!! whoo hooo!! i hope i get it sometime next week, because that would be suhhhweet!! :) i can't wait!!

wahoo for a day off!!
hello everyone!!!!
this weekend was a really nice weekend!! it was soooooo nice to have monday off as well. i needed it!! it was nice being able to hang out w/tory and scott, "help" them location scout, more like i just walked around with them, but still.. it was nice to be outside during the day!!! i made a pot roast in the crock pot and garlic mashed potatoes from scratch (as laura would say) and steamed some green beans for dinner. i think everything turned out pretty good, so that's good!! i like being able to make tory happy :)
sunday was a really nice valentine's day. it was so nice being able to spend this valentine's day with tory!! we exchanged gifts and cards before we headed to the city. i got tory a book that he wanted. tory got me some chocolates, a cd case with cd's he had made me and a bottle of wine called 'middle sister, forever cool' hahaha. after that we left for san fran around 3pm and went and saw a movie (An Education). it was good, but the ending was a little rushed.. sooo.. it was okie dokie. afterwards we walked to where we were going to eat dinner, which was in the north beach area, where all the good italian places are! while we were walking, we stopped and tory bought me some red tulips for vday :) it was very sweet of him and i felt extra special walking through the city with some beautiful flowers and a handsome boyfriend!! we made it to the restraunt where i had made reservations a couple days before for 8:30pm and got there around 7:30 or so, but got right in surprisingly! first thing i noticed though was that they hiked .. and i mean HIKKKKKKED the prices of all the food for valentine's day.. every entree was at least $20... i was a little upset about that because the prices on their websites didn't say anything about a valentine's day special price hike.. sooo, it was a bit of a bummer. plus, the food wasn't all that great either.. i was disappointed. we asked for a ceasar salad w/o anchovies, got anchovies, which wasn't a big deal.. but.. yea. then tory ordered his food as tortellini, the way it was written on the menu, when our server asked if he wanted tortellini or ravioli, tory said tortellini... and got ravioli. it was just waaaay to expensive for the quality of the food. we had a really nice valentine's day though... so that was all that mattered!! hopefully we can make going to the city our vday tradition. :)
this week has been fine.. i feel like i've been working all week! haha. i'm ready for the weekend again... my car issues have become annoying.. the company that already has my deposit couldn't transport my car because the guy who was supposed to be driving the truck, well, his wife left him... so, needless to say, i don't know when i'm going to be getting my car out here. i hope it's sometime soon though!!!!
on another note, tory had an audition with the NBC show, 'Trauma', yesterday!! i hope he gets the part!! it would be a really good opportunity. i will let you guys know if anything happens!! i will upload some pics from valentine's day when i get home from work!!

holy crapola!
hello!!
soooo, work is going fine. boring as usual. i'm trying to find another group to work the game tonight with no luck because groups keep backing out on me and now it's too late of notice to get a group.. blah. boring boring boring.
on the other hand... tory got called to sign up with an acting agency, which is really big in the city (san fran). he signed with them last week, hasn't even turned in head shots or his paperwork yet, but got a call today from them that he got an audition already!! which is awesome!!!!! he is on his way to the city right now to go audition for the NBC drama 'Trauma' which is based in the city!! he's auditioning as a skateboarder who doesn't know how to skate (even though he does), breaks his leg and has a line!! this would be a great opportunity because that would make him SAG eligible (screen actors guild) which is a HUGGGGGE deal!!! and he would get paid some moola!!! which is even more exciting!! i think it would also be a great networking experience! so, if he gets the gig he'll be in the city pretty much all day tomorrow!! sooo crazy to think about!! i wish i was doing something fun like that!! not acting.. but something on a set or just something!!! i'm so happy and proud of tory!! things are starting to come together!! scott has his meeting with the company today, i'm sure it will go just as well as tory's. the company saw 'copy & pastry' on-line and loved it so much that they called them in for an interview, something that this company NEVER does!!!
that's pretty crazzzzy stuff!! things have been fine here this week. superbowl was fun. tory and i went over to his friend phil's place and celebrated the superbowl with phil, geraldine, steve, and some norwegian girls!! it was a lot of fun. we made guacamole, sausage balls, and this really good cheese dip that tory's half sister (tammy) makes.. mmm it was sooo good. the boys grilled burgers and hot dogs. we had a good superbowl! it was good to see the saints win, even though i was going for the colts (they have UNC people on their squad)!!!
tory and i still don't have any valentine's day plans. i think we might go do dinner and a movie. i told him that we didn't have to do anything if he didn't want to, since our two years is the 24th! he said that we were going to do something for vday anywho! this is our first vday together in the same place, so that's exciting. i think it's sorta a lame holiday, but i'm glad that it will be our first together. :) well, i'll keep you guys updated! hope you guys have a good weekend!! i hope i get monday off (since i didn't get MLK day off) .. but we'll see...

wednesday!!
hello all!!
sarah told me that i needed to post more often so i don't make such long posts when i do post.. sooo, here is a new post!
work is going okay this week. i'm so glad that the audit is over. that makes things a little easier. my boss left at 1pm on monday and then took yesterday off... must be nice to work on salary!! i hope i can get a new job soon... i'm going to start working on my resume and cover letter stuff this week.
i've been having a rough time the past couple months emotionally and am hoping that i will start feeling more positive soon. i just really hope that i don't drive tory away with all of my mood swings. i'm sure he is ready for me to go back to normal.
the whole car situation is sorta messed up, but hopefully i'll be able to move forward and get it out here soooon!
i can't believe valentine's day is almost a week away! that's crazy! this will be the first valentine's day that tory and i will be able to celebrate together as a couple! so, that's exciting. then just a week after that on the 24th is our two years!! so, that's craaaaazzzzyyy exciting! i'm so glad that i'm out here and able to see tory everyday. :) i'm such a lucky girl.
tory got an agent yesterday! so that is craaaazy exciting!! i can't believe it!! i'm sure this will be a positive experience and that he will deff meet some great people to network with!! it's going to be funny that he's gonna have a headshot :) hehehe. i'm very happy and excited for him!!
